My friend Liz told me she wanted me to make her a Charlie Chaplin costume for Halloween, and I just sketched up this for fun :P

The glimpse of the first few pages of my summer `10 croquis book.

A work in progress.

I was only on page 19 in my Fashion Design Croquis book when I was supposed to be on page 35.  So I went on an insane rampage and drew all these in one day.  No exaggeration.  They’re not all colored, and I still need to put in the fabric swatches, but I like them :)  *Click for larger view

Remember the fashion figure I posted?  This is my CAD [Computer-Aided Design] garment on it!  Done with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.  Not the design I would have chosen, but my teacher forced us to use a design from our previous project, which was designing flats, which I completely blew off because I’d missed a day of class and was too far behind to improve its quality.  Regardless, yay for finally finishing this project~ :)

We’ve been working on Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop designing, in class, so I went home and decided to use Photoshop to color in one of my old designs, for practice.  This is the result.
I actually drew this a while back; it was my own version of one of the challenges on the hit-and-miss show, The Fashion Show [xD].  The challenge was to create a cohesive five-piece collection, all including a “must-have” item.  What I chose here is a white, sleeveless, neck-tied blouse, a garment discovered through my good friend, Anna Huynh :)
